Speaker Background:

• Eugene is a Trainer and an Agile, Co-Active, and Team Performance Coach with 25+ years of practice as a Software Developer, Tester, Development Manager, QA Manager, and IT Project Manager for Government and Commercial clients. A Servant Leader, his passion is to help individuals and teams achieve their personal and professional goals. He has coached DevOps, Lean, SAFe, Scrum, and Executive teams.
• Eugene serves as an Agile Coach for Northrop Grumman Corporation and a pro bono Coach for Atlas Corps Inc. developing emerging global leaders. Furthermore, Eugene is a member of the PMI-ACP Panel Review Committee which is tasked with writing the next PMI-ACP certification exam.
• He holds the following certifications: ASQ-CMQ/OE, ICP-Agile Coaching, SPC4, CSP, CSPO, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CTPC, and PSM.
