The Leader's Role
Tom Connally, Connally Consulting
- Tom Connally is an experienced leader, strategist, and change agent with proven performance leading, building, and fixing organizations by creating a culture of performance. In over 30 years of Marine leadership, he led organizations from 50-3500 personnel, with budgets up to $2.8B.
- Leading tactical formations of artillery, infantry, and security forces including an artillery battalion conducting provisional missions in Operation Iraqi Freedom, a Headquarters Battalion in Japan, and a Security Forces Company in Iceland, he developed his philosophy of leadership and developing young leaders. He has applied his leadership tenets in a variety of staff organizations as well. Tom served as a Director for two defense companies, before founding Connally Consulting in March 2018 to help leaders and organizations to improve their performance and success professionally, personally, spiritually, and physically.
- Tom has authored several articles and recently published a book, Becoming a Leader, A Road Map for My Daughter and the Aspiring Leader. Tom began writing Becoming a Leader in order to help his daughter, a Marine Lieutenant. He finished it to help young leaders optimize their apprenticeship as aspiring leaders. While Marine centric most of the wisdom within is applicable to young leaders in any organization.

Reservations: Cost for dinner is $25.00 per person. There is no charge to attend for the presentation only.
