Short Description:

Did you know that as an auditor, you actually possess SUPERPOWERS?

That's right! All auditors have three superpowers that we can use in an audit. They are: Interviews, observations and records review. The best audits are conducted when we can use all three.

Speaker Background:

Susan Gorveatte, President of Gorveatte Consulting Inc., is a Quality Auditor, Trainer and Coach working with businesses to implement ISO 9001 programs for more than twenty-five years. Susan trains Internal and Lead Auditors across North America and currently resides in Nova Scotia where she lives with her husband, two college kids and two cats. She is an active Member of ASQ, holding positions with the Quality Management Division, Audit Division and is Chair of the Technical Program Committee for ASQ World Conference on Quality and Improvement.

She is also a rock drummer and a fan of Star Wars and all things Disney, Susan can often be found wandering around a Disney theme park on her time off.
