Notes:
When you look at things as a process, it is easier to be consistent and easier to compartmentalize the elements for individual analysis and improvement.
In the communication process, there has to be a sender and a receiver. The sender has information to send to the receiver and also has a thought about what the end result should be. What goes on to give the sender the desired result is part of what we will talk about today as well as looking at all of the things that can happen along the way to possibly not get the desired results that the sender wished for.
So what’s the big deal--sounds simple enough!!! What could possibly go wrong?
