Knowing what you now know about yourself, the new rule of thumb is going to be Do Unto Others as they Want to be Done Unto--meaning, if you have a pretty good guess at what style other people are, you have to adjust the way you communicate with them. If you communicate/speak/treat everyone the same way, it is estimated that you will fail to communicate approximately 75% of the time.
