Patricia Cherrington Ratliff directs the CC Pace Learning Institute where
she seeks to ensure that every learning offering yields immediate benefit
to clients. Mrs. Ratliff is an engaging public speaker and facilitator who
coaches clients on topics essential to successful project delivery.
Mrs. Ratliff earned her degree in computer science from George Mason
University. For over a dozen years, she delivered software solutions in
various industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Government,
Aviation, on-line auctions, energy (electric, gas, oil), pharmaceuticals,
and international import/export logistics.
Throughout her career, she has taught project management, tools for
stakeholder involvement, requirements analysis, team building, techniques
to measure project success and facilitator excellence.
For almost 15 years, Mrs. Ratliff has managed and re-invented a successful
residential property management business based on continuous feedback from
clients about changing quality expectations. She brings this dedication to
understanding quality through customer involvement to her presentations.
During the ASQ meeting on May 17th, 2006 Mrs. Ratliff will facilitate an
interactive discussion on ways to engage stakeholders in quality assurance
activities titled: "Merge Before you Measure: Facilitating Stakeholder
Agreement on Quality"
We look forward to seeing the majority of the 700+ Northern VA ASQ chapter
members on Wednesday, May 17th!
