Virtual Tour of Capitol Construction Program at Metropolitan Washington Airports

Tour Guide: Robert Orkin, QA Manager, Parsons Management Consultants (PMC) Joint Venture

Bob will present an overview of the construction of the new tunnel replacing the inter-terminal buses at Dulles Airport, emphasizing the quality management considerations of the project.

Bob has over 30 years Engineering experience in design, construction, Program and Project Management, and QC/QA. His experience includes work in Gas Turbine Manufacturing, Navy Nuclear Design, Commercial Nuclear Operations, Maintenance and QA, and major construction projects. Bob is currently the QA Manager for the PMC Joint Venture managing the $4 Billion Capitol Construction Program at MWAA airports. Bob’s certifications include the NYS PE, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Malcolm Baldrige Examiner, and he holds a Masters Degree in Engineering.
