To be successful with your Six Sigma implementation you need to do more than just train in your organization. You need to have a good, solid foundation which to launch the efforts. Ms. Campbell will speak on how to create that foundation and how to quickly and easily establish, plan, and launch a Six Sigma initiative.

Delaine Campbell - Bio

Delaine Campbell is the principal consultant and owner of PMPGroup, LLC., an independent consulting company based in Alexandria, VA.. Ms. Campbell's background includes IT and sales management, strategic consulting and program management. She has written numerous articles and authored a book titled, "Applying Six Sigma To Project Management". Since 2001 she has remained an independent consultant, speaker, trainer, writer and personal mentor for project managers. She is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, has a M.S. Certificate in Lean Six Sigma, an advanced M.S. Certificate in Project Management and an MBA in Organizational Leadership. She is a member and frequent speaker of the Project Management Institute, ASQ, ISSP, and was the founder of the local chapter of Women in Technology Intl. (WITI).
