This program offers some basic facilitators to creative thought that are extremely useful not only to the project manager or quality manager, but to anyone progressing in their career towards being a true leader (visionary... strategic... humanistic, etc.). Do you ever have amazing Ah Ha Moments of inspirational thought but don't know where it came from or how to reproduce it? Want to learn how to facilitate out of the box thinking to solve quality issues? Every wonder how visionary leaders come up with their future views? Then this Session is for you!

Joanne Aaronson - Bio

Besides her physics degree and graduate program in technology management, Joanne studied intuitive development at the Institute for Intuitive Studies in Virginia Beach. Combined with over 20 years of project/program management experience in both the public and private sectors, Ms. Aaronson has used her techniques to successfully bring in projects on time and within budget both nationally and internationally. Joanne is the recipient of several industry awards for excellence in project management. She currently works as a Sr. Project Engineer for Lockheed Martin consulting on how to make projects successful and is listed in Strathmore's Who's Who for 2005-2006.

In addition, Joanne has a part-time business as an intuitive life coach with her company - Life Transformations. As such, she's offered executive and individual life coaching and various innovative workshops over the last 4 years for organizations such as AT&T, British Telecom, Lockheed Martin Co., Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Community Chapel for Wholistic Healing (CCWH).
