Winning the Baldrige
John Timmerman,VP of Ritz Carlton Corporate Operations and John Mullins, Senior Examiner
- John Timmerman will talk about the Ritz and winning the Baldrige twice, thrice
- John Mullins a Senior Examiner will talk about the evaluation and where Baldrige is headed.
- Heavy hors d'oeuvre and non-alcohol drinks will be provided free to section members

Cost for meeting is free for Section Members and $35.00 for nonmembers if reservations are made by deadline, $40 if otherwise. There is no charge to attend for the presentation only. If you attend ASQ Section 0511 monthly dinner meetings and pay for three dinners, then your fourth dinner at one of our meetings is free!!!
The section will cancel its events due to weather-related events if Fairfax County Public Schools are closed for the day or after school events are canceled. You can check their website for current notices.
