Speaker Biography:

Paul L. Posner is the Director of the Public Administration Program at George Mason University and was formerly managing director of GAO's federal budget work for 14 years. He is past president of the American Society for Public Administration and a member of the board of the National Academy of Public Administration. In addition to his teaching, he does research and consulting on the federal budget and federalism for recent deficit commissions and other think tanks.

Cost for dinner is $25.00 per person if reservations are made by the deadline, $30 if otherwise. To register for the section meeting program with or without dinner, or to prepay for your dinner using a credit card you can either use our on line reservation form or submit a preauthorization charge form to the treasurer.
