Performance and Quality Management Working Together Thru Technology
Charles (Chuck) N. Brans, Vice President for US and Canada, VisionWaves
Short Narrative/Description:
- – In some organizations and projects, performance and quality management seem to work at odds with one another. One side suspects or feels that the other does not understand their point of view and objectives to achieve what is best for the project, company, or customer. Typically, manual processes and resources have to be put in place to ensure that balance. Today, technology exists that supports the balance and in-sight for managers to optimize the strategic results and shareholder value. This presentation describes the methodology and technology.Description – In some organizations and projects, performance and quality management seem to work at odds with one another.
